No High School or College degree or prior experience is required. We work with teachers, veterans, college students, delivery drivers, and career changers. If you're coachable and motivated, we'll train you from zero.
This is a 100% performance-based independent contractor role. You earn commissions directly from insurance carriers — typically paid within 72 hours of an approved application. There are no income caps.
We use a lead system — no cold calling, no door-to-door. You'll have proven scripts and a trained process that makes conversations natural.
Many of our agents start part-time while keeping their current income. However, the fastest results come from full commitment. We'll be transparent about what it takes during your orientation call.
After you submit your application, you'll be taken directly to book your live orientation call. This is a 30–60 minute session where Ed or a senior team member walks you through the full opportunity, answers your questions, and determines if we're a good fit.
